Joe Wheeler Marina is located just upstream of Wheeler Dam within the confines of First Creek. The setting for our marina is truly one of the most serene on the Tennessee River. Several miles of shoreline that adjoin the marina belong to the park and present a nature backdrop.
We offer both covered and open slip for lease in our marina. Currently there are twenty -six – 50 foot covered slips and forty-four – 24 foot covered slips. Our marina is a favorite among sail-boaters and we have eighty-eight uncovered sailboat slips. Our sailboat slips are new docks and we have recently renovated the electrical service to our other docks. To check on slip availability call 256-247-6971.
